Management and motivation of the telesales team across the whole company, following sales and marketing strategies set by the board of directors. To create a positive culture of proactive selling, up-selling and cross selling of new lines to increase sales and gross profit. To do this whilst maintaining relationships with customers and our client’s dedication to high quality customer service.
This is a telesales management role based at the head office of a growing company in which you will be required to manage the mainly ‘out-bound’ telesales team at head office in addition to remotely managing the small teams at satellite depots. You will utilise new technology and conference calls to regularly motivate and communicate with your remote teams to ensure targets are achieved. You will be using the Microsoft Dynamics AX Telesales Computer System to its full potential to sell new products, and effectively manage your teams call diaries and work load to company deadlines.
