Essential Qualifications & Knowledge
* Registered Nurse Level 1 (NMC registration), Degree educated, Masters in a relevant health subject, Recognised management qualification, Knowledge of safeguarding, Mental Health Act, Capacity Act, and quality improvement methodologies.
Desirable Qualifications & Knowledge
* Improving Quality Together, IQT Silver
Essential Experience
* Relevant clinical experience, Staff and service management, Budget management, Change management, Leadership skills.
Desirable Experience
* Leading service experience.
Aptitude and Abilities
* Adherence to SBU Values & Behaviours, Managing complex services, Analytical and judgment skills, Creative thinking.
Other Essential Criteria
* IT skills, Flexibility to work shifts, participation in on-call rota, 24/7 availability.
