METROLOGY ENGINEER
We are offering an exceptional opportunity for a METROLOGY ENGINEER.

You may already be a METROLOGY ENGINEER looking for a fresh challenge, within a highly prestigious organisation, or looking for a role where you can further your career into a Lead position.
Commutable from Birmingham, Coventry, Henley-in-Arden, Redditch, Studley, Stratford-upon-Avon, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Moseley, Halesowen and Curdworth

RESPONSIBILITIES
17. Creating CMM programs
18. Evaluate measurement data
19. Creating measurement programs for CMM with or without CAD model
20. Drawing up initial sample test reports as per the VDA and PPAP template
21. Implementing all measurement equipment
22. Calibration of gauges
23. Re-qualification inspections
24. SPC
REQUIREMENTS
25. It is essential that you have relevant CMM Programming experience
26. Ideally PC-DMIS
27. To have gained your experience from within a manufacturing environment
28. Good working knowledge of PPAP’s and SPC
29. Good level of IT Literacy
This role will suit an energetic, and ambitious Metrology Engineer, who is looking to step up the next level and ideally lead the Metrology Department at a later date
