About The Role
At GSF Car Parts, our National Account Managers are responsible for the profitable sales growth of National Account business whilst utilising management information and sales reports provided to deliver the Sales Budget set by the Sales Director and in line with the Company objectives.
Main Duties include:
1. Establish and develop professional business relationships with their set portfolio of National Account workshops.
2. Assist with local issues affecting sales to workshops by working closely with the Regional Director and support functions.
3. Organise and manage sales call plans, monitor sales decline by workshop, and implement strategies to grow sales, including recovery plans with the team and Directors.
4. Produce and manage a sales development plan for assigned accounts, including new business development plans for each customer.
5. Update the sales development plan monthly to track progress and present at team meetings.
6. Analyze and review management information weekly and monthly to identify issues and agree on countermeasures.
7. Produce cost-benefit analyses for new business opportunities for approval by the Sales Director.
8. Work with each region to manage and deliver sales and product compliance targets for each customer site.
9. Develop close working relationships with support functions for informed customer discussions.
10. This regional role requires travel across a defined area, including overnight stays, to maximize productivity.

About You
The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales professional with recent experience managing national or corporate accounts.
What you'll need to succeed:
* Proven track record of sales achievements, including new business development and solution selling.
* Organizational, project planning, and sales planning experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint.
* Effective problem-solving skills.
* Full UK driving license with up to 6 points.
* Flexibility to travel with overnight stays.
