:
1. Lead the Order Processing Team in all activities including management and distribution of workload, attending meetings and required delegation
2. Maintain core Standard Operating Procedures for all aspects of the site-specific Order Processing functions
3. Own Order Processing Right First Time (RFT) and metrics including completion of QRs and CAPAs
4. Pro-actively handle business and client priorities
5. Understanding of capacity and process demand and alignment against schedule
6. Reasonable exposure to clients and governing bodies
Resource Management:
7. Lead department tier accountability meetings
8. Ensure adherence to schedule for department.
9. Allocate and optimize of resources, including cross functional capability and deployment to meet schedule demand.
10. Understand, support and coach team in applying PPI/Lean tools to improve process efficiencies to achieve business objectives.
11. Maintain, trend, and report departmental critical metrics. (Pacing boards)
What do I need:
12. Supervisory/Team Leader experience of leading team(s) – (TFS training provided)
13. Minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a GMP, or highly regulated operational environment – manufacturing, warehouse, factory, packaging, production line, or a similar setting.
14. Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment is required
15. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and prioritise effectively
16. IOSH management safely (Training will be provided)
17. Proficient in use of computer systems and automated equipment
18. Understanding of ERP (and business specific computer systems)
19. Strong communication skills (verbal & written) – GCSE English Grade C / 4 or equivalent.
20. Good numeracy skills– GCSE Mathematics Grade C / 4 or equivalent.
21. Ability to work within various temperatures including, but not limited to,Ambient (15°C–25°C)Cold (2°C–8°C)
22. Lean/Six Sigma Certified or equivalent experience desirable

Safety / Quality:
25. Maintain good housekeeping and promote a safe working environment.
26. Lead and raise Safety and Quality, risks and incidents, completing incident investigations along with identification and delivery of corrective and preventative actions.
27. Drive a reporting culture, ensuring investigation, monitoring, compliance and execution of actions through tiered accountability and management systems.
28. Responsible for activities and personnel within area of ownership, including the management and issuance of permits to work under safe systems of work.
29. Complete operational plans in accordance with statutory, regulatory and company policies.
30. Where required, update local processes and procedures, ensuring appropriate training is performed to maintain competence of team.
31. Assist in regulatory and client audits.
