We're on the lookout for a property superstar to join us here at NEXA and run a portfolio of student properties on the lettings side of the business If you are highly motivated, customer-centric, and would like to be highly rewarded for your work, this could be for you
Real estate/estate agent experience is helpful
We're looking for someone who has a keen eye for detail, great computer skills, excellent customer service skills and who is highly motivated. We have some exciting plans at NEXA over the coming months and now is a fantastic time to join us.
The role will be a key contact within the office, and be liaising with landlords, tenants, colleagues within the wider team. This will be a diverse and highly rewarding role and is a fantastic opportunity for someone to stamp their mark on the entire student sector within the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing landlord relationships
* Viewings with potential tenants
* Managing rent arrears
* Registering deposits
* Building excellent relationships
* Handling enquiries - Phone, email and walk ins
* Maintaining CRM system - new clients, updates on old clients, new properties
What are we looking for?
· This role would be suitable for (but not limited to) someone with experience in lettings
- Ideally someone with a landlord network
- You will be a highly ambitious individual
* Strong people skills
* Excellent organisation skills
* Delivering exceptional customer service
* An eye for accuracy
