About the Role: Teaching Geography or History across KS3-KS4 Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons that inspire curiosity and deepen subject knowledge Assessing progress and providing meaningful feedback that supports student achievement Contributing to curriculum development within the Humanities department Creating an inclusive classroom environment that supports learners of all abilities Taking an active role in the wider school community where required The Ideal Candidate Will: Be a qualified Humanities teacher (QTS or QTLS), specialising in Geography or History Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a passion for delivering engaging lessons Have excellent classroom management skills and be confident supporting diverse learner needs Be committed, proactive, and able to work collaboratively within a supportive department Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service, or be willing to apply for one through Tradewind Why Work with Tradewind?
