Head of Finance
Nord Anglia Education (NAE) is looking for an experienced Head of Finance to oversee two of its Schools in Oxford: Oxford International College (OIC) and Oxford Sixth Form College (OSF).
This is a role that will suit finance professionals who are comfortable working with multiple key stakeholders (Principals and SLT), multiple sites (over 10 Teaching and Boarding facilities across Oxford), landlords, real estate professionals and Sales and Marketing teams on future recruitment strategies.
The role will suit individuals who would like a broad financial role enabling them to experience a wide range of topics whilst still having oversight of all forecasting, cash flow and statutory reporting requirements alongside driving commercial success and performance.
The role will encompass c25% of time dedicated to Group reporting and processes and would suit individuals used to working in a Private Equity or fast paced commercial organisations.
