Your role
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the supported housing service to deliver an effective housing management service
* Assist with tenancy and void management to maintain occupancy levels
* Support and promote compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures
* Build positive relationships with customers and key stakeholders
* Manage supplies, furniture and equipment and keep records and filing systems up to date
Your skills
* Experience delivering tenancy services
* Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
* Literacy and numeracy skills equivalent to GCSE Grade C in English and Maths
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant area
* Ability to analyse and interpret data
* Experience using housing management systems is desirable
* Full valid driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally
