The Role
* Carry out advanced diagnostics on a wide range of vehicles
* Identify and resolve complex mechanical and electrical faults
* Perform software updates, calibrations, and reprogramming where required
* Support workshop colleagues with technical guidance
* Ensure every vehicle meets strict quality and safety standards
* Maintain detailed and accurate service records
* Work closely with the Workshop Controller to prioritise workloads efficiently
About You
? NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
? Proven background in diagnostics within a busy workshop environment
? Skilled at fault-finding using wiring diagrams, fault codes, and technical data
? Experience working across multiple brands preferred
? High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
? Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
? Full UK Driving Licence
