About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise Process Lead (EPL) to drive the transformation of Asset Management processes in support of our SAP S/4HANA deployment across internal sites. In this high-impact role, you will lead a team of Subject-Matter Experts to define, design, and continuously improve enterprise-wide processes and tools, ensuring efficient, effective, and transparent ways of working. Key Responsibilities Lead the transformation of Asset Management processes to support SAP S/4HANA implementation. Manage and guide a team of SMEs in process design, documentation, and optimisation. Partner with internal functions and external providers to ensure consistent, scalable, and compliant processes. Influence stakeholders across multiple locations to achieve operational alignment and process adoption. Oversee continuous improvement initiatives across Asset Management and related disciplines.Essential Experience & Skills Extensive experience in Asset Lifecycle Management, with strong expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance processes.
