Citizens Advice North Nottinghamshire is looking for a dedicated and meticulous candidate to help coordinate our financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting and charity regulations.
We have grown considerably in the last five years, responding to the Cost of Living crisis and the severe pressures on our clients. In 2024, we expanded to cover the Mansfield District, increasing staff, projects, and expenditure.
Responsibilities
1. Work with the Senior Management Team and Trustee Board to update them on our financial position and assist in budget setting.
2. Collaborate with the Bid Development Officer to cost and initiate delivery on new projects.
3. Oversee, improve, and input data into QuickBooks Online alongside the Finance Officer, ensuring expenditure is correctly allocated to relevant projects and tracked against projections.
4. Ensure compliance with financial regulations for a charity with an annual turnover exceeding one million pounds, including facilitating a full independent audit each year.
