About The Role
As a Weekend Receptionist at Haywood care home, you will be the friendly face of the care home, responsible for meeting and greeting visitors, including new enquirers, friends and family of residents, health & social care professionals, and members of the local community. You will handle various enquiries and serve as the first point of contact, providing advice and support face-to-face and over the phone.
You will support the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties, maintain accurate filing, and work to deadlines. You will ensure daily and weekly tasks are completed timely, using your initiative and working independently.
We’re looking for someone who has previous receptionist experience and understands the importance of first impressions. You should have excellent customer service skills and a professional, friendly manner both face-to-face and over the phone.
