TEXO Recruitment are looking for a Customer Care Co-Ordinator for one of our valued external clients on a permanent basis. Ensure compliance with all SHE policies—safety is our top priority.
Deliver excellent customer service in line with company standards, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
Handle all customer contact (phone, email, social media) courteously, logging all queries accurately.
Coordinate inspections and remedial works in line with warranty and service agreements.
Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and internal departments to resolve defects efficiently and cost-effectively.
Monitor and report on service performance; Support administrative functions, including correspondence, reports, and meeting logs.
Represent the voice of the customer in internal meetings and service improvement initiatives.
Conduct satisfaction calls and manage complaints effectively.
