What will I do?
Reception is the first impression of the hotel a guest will experience so it is crucial you and your team provide an outstanding level of service. Supporting the Front of House Manager, y ou’ll be responsible for the guests stay, review room allocation, advise on rates, packages and promotions, guest issues and complaints and to maximise revenue .
