Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Team Manager to lead our Adult Community Eating Disorder (ACED) Service across Oxfordshire. This is a unique opportunity to shape and deliver high-quality, evidence-based care within a forward-thinking and collaborative team. As Clinical Team Manager, you will hold overarching clinical and operational responsibility for the ACED service. You will provide strong leadership in the ongoing development of the service in line with the Oxfordshire Community Mental Health Framework, promoting early intervention and integrated community-based care. Main duties of the job You will work closely with the Oxon Service Manager and Head of Service, playing a key role in transformation projects, interagency partnerships, and pathway integration. A central part of your role will involve supporting a multidisciplinary team in delivering person-centred, safe, and effective treatment.
