We're on the hunt for a dynamic Interim Head of Finance to join our Senior Management Team and play a pivotal role in steering our business to the next level. This is not just about crunching number, it's about shaping strategy, leading change, and delivering results. With an immediate need to establish and refine budgets, you'll be the go-to voice on financial performance, turning insight into action and ensuring our ambitious plans are firmly underpinned by rock-solid financial strategy. If you've worked in manufacturing or engineering, you'll feel right at home in our fast-paced, hands-on environment. You'll understand the challenges of production cycles, supply chains, and capital investment - and you'll know how to navigate them with confidence. What you'll be doing: Partner with the SMT to set and deliver the company's financial strategy Lead the immediate development and implementation of robust budgets Oversee all financial reporting, forecasting, and cashflow management Strengthen controls, compliance, and governance across the business Use data and insight to inform strategic manufacturing and investment decisions Mentor and develop the finance team to achieve their full potential We're looking for someone who: Has senior finance leadership experience (Head of Finance / Finance Director level) Is ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent) Brings manufacturing or engineering industry experience (preferred) Experience of working within an Private Equity backed business Can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery Thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment What's in it for you: A seat at the table as part of the Senior Management Team The chance to make an immediate, visible impact Hybrid working (typically 2-3 days in the office) This is an interim role and therefore requires candidates who are immediately available or available on a 1 week notice period.
