Job Description
3. Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports
4. Support budget preparation and variance analysis activities
5. Maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial policies
7. Contribute to cost control and efficiency improvement initiatives
8. Monthly reconciliations
9. Provide accurate financial data to support decision-making processes
10. Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions
The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Management Accountant should have:
11. Experience in an Assistant Management Accountant position, or Assistant Accountant type role and looking for the next step
12. Knowledge of management accounting principles and practices
13. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
14. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
15. An eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting
16. The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
