An exciting opportunity has arisen within our for a Project Planner to join the team in ASDA House based in Leeds. This position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace.
3 Days a week in the ADSA House office including Monday. 2 days a week from home.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
* Manage the launch process of own label products from concept through to launch in line with Asda guidelines
* Liaise with multiple stakeholders internally and externally to ensure tasks are completed on time and in the right way
* Leading regular project meetings to ensure stakeholders are clear on next steps and actions
* Monitoring project milestones through reporting and creating contingency plans for late projects
* Building vendor owned artworks on the My artwork system in line with critical paths
* Managing and progressing vendor artwork approvals in line with critical paths
* Leading training sessions with external and internal colleagues to ensure all are aligned with Asda GM packaging process
* Monitoring category performance through effective quarterly wash up sessions by category
* Support in the collation of packaging cutters
* Support the brand team to collate range lists to shoot photography
Key Requirements:
* Either/or project management, account executive, account manager, project planner experience
* Excellent communicator
* Excellent computer skills especially with Excel.
* You are a team player, with solid communication skills & a strong, proven ability to engage & influence stakeholders– in a fast paced yet fun retail environment
* You are a confident person with the ability to negotiate and do what is right for the customer
* You know when to escalate & have the capability to assess risks/determine priorities via organisation skills
* You are a forward thinker. Working in a fast-paced environment. You're able to think ahead, create the right plan and manage competing demands.
* You have a passion to constantly improve how we do things and manage change.
* You enjoy looking at and analysing rework data, producing recommendations to the internal stakeholder group on where we could improve ways of working
