Hours: 8 AM - 6 PM

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanour 😊.
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner 📞.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is always tidy and presentable.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries 📦.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
Provide excellent customer service to clients and staff 🤝.
Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional appearance and attitude.
