Our supportive and reputable client are looking to appoint a Legal Secretary to their Litigation department in Coventry on a full-time, permanent basis. Supporting the Head of Department, this is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join their expanding Firm. Candidates must have experience as a Legal Secretary, but any practice area will be considered. Due to our clients location you must be able to drive and have your own car.
Salary up to £26,000 depending on experience.
25 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday off + the days between Christmas and New Year.
Legal Secretary - The Role:
1. Audio typing from digital dictation and copy typing
2. Providing administrative support to Fee Earners
3. Use of case management system
4. Preparing correspondence and documents
5. Liaising with clients in person and via telephone
6. Other appropriate ad-hoc duties to support the department
Legal Secretary - The Candidate:
7. Experience as a Legal Secretary
8. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
9. You will enjoy working in a team and have a positive attitude to work.
10. Excellent communication skills
