Are you an experienced Gas Contract Manager looking for your next challenge? We’re hiring for a Commercial Gas Contract Manager to lead and manage gas maintenance and servicing contracts within the social housing sector.

Gas Contract Manager Key Responsibilities :
* Oversee the delivery of gas servicing, maintenance, and installation contracts across multiple social housing portfolios.
* Manage client relationships, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently met or exceeded.
* Lead, support, and develop engineering teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with Gas Safe regulations.
* Conduct regular audits and performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Monitor budgets, profitability, and resource planning to ensure commercial success.
* Act as the key point of contact for all contract-related queries and escalations.
Gas Contract Manager Requirements :
* Proven experience in managing gas contracts within the social housing sector.
* Commercial Gas Tickets
* Strong technical knowledge of commercial and domestic gas systems.
* Excellent people management and client-facing skills.
* Sound understanding of health & safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements (Gas Safe, HSE, etc.).
* Commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
* Full UK driving licence (regional travel required).
