We currently recruiting for a Pallet Coordinator to support our distribution contract at our site in Worksop. Working Monday to Friday
Pay, benefits and more:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £35,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holidays (plus bank holidays.)

What you’ll do on a typical day:
1. Carrying out daily clerical tasks/assignments directed by the management team according to the procedures.
2. Assisting the distribution function and our customer by providing data analysis and suggestions for improvement areas.
3. Conducting Asset counts, Data Reconciliation to maintain system information integrity.
4. Daily communication with key stake holders, our customer, transport teams and end customers to ensure adherence to end-to-end processes.
5. Control & manage new asset ordering and old asset de-hiring – ensuring systems are accurately updated to reflect movements in and out.
6. Manage returns – physically & through systems – TMS & asset portal
7. Conduct monthly review meetings with the support of the wider management team, including the asset provider, out customer and internal stakeholders

8. Previous stock control or transport experience
9. High level of communication
10. PC and IT systems literate
11. Data driven / analytical approach to problem solving
12. Ability to work on own initiative
13. Confident in front of customer
