What you'll be doing:
* Delivering specialist, high-quality nursing care and support for patients diagnosed with breast cancer.
* Conducting holistic needs assessments to provide individualised patient care.
* Developing patient pathways and enhancing the nursing service within the breast care department.
* Collaborating with the Breast Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) to ensure compliance with national standards for safety and quality.
What we're looking for:
* Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin.
* Extensive experience in breast cancer care, preferably in a similar role.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
* A proactive approach to developing and improving patient care pathways.
