The eSourcing System Specialist will work closely with Kingfisher O&S Sourcing teams to provide comprehensive support and advice on tendering and e-auction process using Kingfisher eSourcing tools. The eSourcing System Lead will be also responsible for proposing and implementing improvements in Kingfisher ways of working and for eSourcing system maintenance and enhancements.
Job Responsibilities
* Holding specialist knowledge of Coupa Sourcing Optimisation tool
* Guide sourcing teams on using Coupa Sourcing Optimisation tool in a way that they can achieve their desired negotiation targets and increase the savings potential
* Design sourcing events, and manage the online tendering process including the post tender vendor selection scenarios
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
* Collaborate with various teams across Kingfisher on identifying and implementing improvements to make the tender process more efficient.
* Manage updates and maintenance to sourcing event templates and questionnaires with the teams around Kingfisher (legal, supply chain, quality, sustainability, etc)
* Train and support internal and external stakeholders on the use of Coupa Sourcing Optimization
* Prioritize tasks based on business needs and available resources
Requirements
* Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel (complex formulas and automation to process large volumes of data)
* Experience using eSourcing tools, preferably Coupa Sourcing Optimisation (or Jaegger, Keelvar, or similar) is desired but not essential
* Experience in purchasing within a multinational organization is a plus.
* Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
* Proven ability to propose and implement process improvements
Fluent English is essential. French or Polish language skills is a plus
