Job Summary:
As the Business Development Manager for UK South, you will be responsible for formulating and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the region. This position reports to the Director of Business Development.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Growth
* Build, grow and expand new sales pipelines in both existing and emerging markets, leveraging on our competitive advantages in supply chain, global sourcing and technical services.
* Identify and target new business opportunities, developing and nurturing strong relationships with key customers.
* Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape to identify areas of growth and opportunities for improvement.
* Drive and expand market share and ensure that competitors information is tracked for strategic action plans.
* Build a strategy for growth in the region, driving operational excellence with on-time-delivery and conduct net promoter surveys
Relationship Management
1. Collaborate with all branch operation managers to establish a total supply management program (VMI/JIT/Kanban projects) to key strategic customers across UK South region.
