Senior Social Care Worker
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Social Care Worker to join our team. As a Senior Carer, you will play a vital role in delivering high‑quality care and supporting both residents and care staff to ensure outstanding service.
This is a part‑time post, 7.66 hours per week to be worked on a rota basis over 3 weeks.
* Previous experience in a care role in a care setting
* Experience in a senior or supervisory role (preferred)
* SVQ 4 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and make decisions
* A caring, compassionate, and patient nature
* Good understanding of safeguarding and care regulations
* Reliability and flexibility, including working shifts and weekends
