The Role:
As a Graduate Business Development Executive, based in their Manchester office, you will join a growing team and be responsible for developing new business sales opportunities. You will generate business primarily through outbound activity, with 30% of your leads coming from incoming enquiries. 80%-90% of your target market comprises Private Training Providers, which have extensive databases to target, offering significant opportunities.
This role is cross-functional, working internally with several teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience and the creation of long-lasting partnerships. It is an excellent opportunity for a graduate seeking to start their career in business development. With hard work, you can expect to be promoted within 12 months!

The package:
* Basic – £25,000
* OTE – £30,000 – £35,000 (Uncapped)
