Meet Our Clients Were currently supporting children and adults with complex clinical care needs in Birmingham and surrounding areas, and are looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to their needs. In this role, youll manage clinical interventions, assist with care routines, and support clients in meaningful activitiessuch as spending time with family and friends or going on community outings. Youll also assist with bedtime routines, offering companionship, staying attentive and responsive, and addressing care needs as they arise. What Youll Need 3 months care experience Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling Clinical experience is strongly preferred however, this is not essential for all of our vacancies in the area.
