Property Lister / Valuer - Colchester
Location: Colchester
Basic Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 (DOE)
OTE: £50,000+
Hours: 5-day week, every other Saturday (day in lieu provided if worked)
The Role
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Property Lister / Valuer to join a successful and established team in Colchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident individual with strong listing ability who thrives on winning new business and building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Conducting property valuations and market appraisals
* Winning new instructions and increasing market share
* Building and maintaining strong vendor relationships
* Advising clients on pricing and marketing strategies
* Working closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transactions
* Delivering consistently high levels of customer service
Requirements
* Previous estate agency experience (Lister/Valuer preferred)
* Proven track record of winning instructions
* Target-driven with strong negotiation skills
* Professional, well-presented and articulate
* Full UK driving licence
