Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Area Sales Manager to drive growth across their Northern region within the construction and infrastructure sectors (water, power & gas).
As a key representative for a leading manufacturer supplying into major water projects—including AMP8 programmes—you will build, maintain, and develop strong commercial relationships with water companies, Tier 1 contractors, and key subcontractors. This role combines strategic account management with hands‑on business development and project involvement.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Manage and grow sales within the defined geographic region (Chester to York and south to Sheffield).
Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities with contractors, water companies, and project partners.
Promote the company’s full product offering to new and existing clients, ensuring alignment with project requirements and specifications.
Account & Relationship Management
Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with Tier 1 contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and water companies.
Act as the primary point of contact for all regional customers, delivering high levels of service and technical support.
