We’re looking for an experienced, confident and organised Legal PA to join our client's Litigation team
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and experienced PA team, providing high‑quality administrative support to the Partner and other solicitors, working in a fast‑paced and professional environment.
Responsibilities:
* Managing complex diaries, meetings and appointments for lawyers across the team
* Handling incoming and outgoing communications including emails, calls and post
* Coordinating travel arrangements
* Supporting the planning and organisation of events
* Assisting with billing processes
* Providing a wide range of administrative support and ad hoc tasks
Skills and experience you will need:
* Previous experience as a Personal Assistant (legal sector experience in litigation is ideal)
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A flexible and proactive approach
* A customer‑focused mindset and commitment to delivering excellent support
