About the Role

We are offering an exciting apprenticeship opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join us as a Customer Service / Technical Apprentice. This role combines hands-on customer service experience with the chance to gain technical horticultural knowledge and a nationally recognised qualification. For the right apprentice, this role offers a long-term career pathway into technical expertise and even the opportunity to manage your own product category in the future.

Key Responsibilities

· Learn to resolve customer queries accurately and efficiently via phone, email, and letter.

· Use Freshdesk CRM to manage tickets (full training provided).

· Provide helpful and respectful responses that protect brand reputation.

· Work with the Technical Team to understand our product ranges and escalate queries appropriately.

· Develop strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills through hands-on learning.

· Participate fully in apprenticeship training and off-the-job learning.

The Person

· Enthusiastic and motivated to learn and develop a career in customer service.

· Educated to A-level standard or equivalent

· Good communication skills (written and verbal).

· Organised, with strong attention to detail.

· Willing to learn new IT systems - training provided in Freshdesk and Microsoft Office.

· Passion for gardening, horticulture, or technical products would be an advantage.
