Hotel Night Receptionist – IHG Hotels & Resorts
We are looking for a dedicated Night Receptionist to join the reception team at InterContinental London Park Lane, a 5‑star luxury hotel. The role works a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, with nights from 18:45 to 07:15.
Responsibilities
* Welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
* Provide a warm and genuine experience for guests on arrival and departure.
* Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and service issues effectively.
* Operate the hotel’s Opera PMS system for front‑office duties.
Qualifications
* Previous experience working in a luxury, 5‑star hotel environment.
* Demonstrated ability to manage complaints and deliver high‑quality service.
* Experience with Opera PMS is preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work nights, 4 on 4 off pattern.
