Join Mills & Reeve's Advocacy Unit to lead Employment Tribunal hearings, deliver strategic advice, and represent leading brands nationwide. Our clients include Jaguar Land Rover, River Island, Bosch, Carlsberg Marston's, St John’s College Oxford and the University of Birmingham.
The role
As a qualified barrister, you will lead Employment Tribunal advocacy, handling preliminary and final hearings, drafting, and advisory work, working closely with the Head of Advocacy.
Client service
* Deliver outstanding client service to both internal and external clients
* Understand clients' legal, commercial and service requirements
* Maintain effective client relationships and client service skills
Technical excellence
* Be a qualified barrister / solicitor advocate and confident advocate in the Employment Tribunal
* Have strong technical competence and legal knowledge in employment law
* Deliver high quality and commercially focussed advice
* Assist in delivering training to clients and target clients
Qualifications
You will be a qualified barrister with 2 to 5 years post‑call experience.
