CRM EXECUTIVE
Would you like to work for a Chester-based company promoting luxury travel, cruises, and sun holidays? My client is looking to put the customer at the heart of their marketing team. We are looking for a CRM Executive to join our team. If you are entrepreneurial in spirit, creative in your thinking, and always ready to go the extra mile, then we want you on board.
Purpose of the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and play a key role during this period.
You will work closely with the CRM Manager and Head of Marketing, taking over key responsibilities and ensuring a smooth transition during the maternity leave period. The CRM Executive will support the CRM agenda within marketing, building and optimizing our CRM communications to drive bookings, increase loyalty, and enhance the lifetime value of customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the CRM strategy to improve customer loyalty and retention.
2. Working with the CRM Manager to plan and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns, including setup, scheduling, and deployment of one-time, recurring, and triggered campaigns.
3. Managing the monthly email marketing calendar.
4. Delivering flawless campaign execution by working to agreed processes and SLAs.
5. Ensuring marketing is delivered against the agreed tone of voice and brand guidelines.
6. Using reporting tools like Google Analytics to analyze email statistics and extract key metrics to report on consumer insights, content, and performance.
7. Analyzing the performance of email marketing campaigns to provide actionable insights and improvements for future development.
8. Managing reporting of regular email campaigns, comparing performance against targets, and communicating findings to internal stakeholders.
9. Identifying new target audiences for email campaigns.
10. Assisting with day-to-day administration tasks.
The Person: Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM marketing (desirable).
2. Proven experience in a digital marketing position or similar role (essential).
3. Strong understanding of key marketing principles: consumer needs and journey, user experience, target audience, etc.
4. Experience of end-to-end email campaign development and automations.
5. Experience with A/B testing.

This is a full-time, office-based position where you will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm.
