* Impact the efficiency and effectiveness of manufacturing operations by driving continuous improvement and implementing best practices to optimize processes and reduce waste.
* Lead and participate in process improvement projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste.
* Act as the point of contact for Honeywell Manufacturing Excellence, understanding processes and working with the site team to drive their implementation and continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and engineering, to ensure smooth production processes.
* Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-effective solutions to optimize manufacturing operations.
* Develop and maintain accurate documentation related to manufacturing processes, work instructions, standard operating procedures, value stream maps, and factory layout.
