Job Title: National Account Manager – Retail
Location: Hybrid (London-based HQ with national travel)
Salary: Up to £55,000 + Performance Bonus + Benefits

With features in leading wellness publications and partnerships with premium UK retailers including Selfridges, Holland & Barrett, Planet Organic, and others, they’ve quickly carved out a unique space in the functional drinks and natural health category.
Backed by a passionate team and strong commercial performance, this brand is on a mission to bring natural wellness to more people and is now looking for an experienced National Account Manager – Retail to lead growth in key retail accounts.
Role Overview
As National Account Manager – Retail, you will take ownership of a portfolio of national retail partners, driving sales, building relationships, and executing joint business plans that deliver impact both commercially and culturally.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow key UK retail accounts including high-street, grocery, and premium wellness retailers.
* Develop and execute joint business plans aligned with customer objectives and brand growth targets.
* Lead all commercial negotiations, including annual terms, pricing, and promotional planning.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and supply chain to ensure seamless retail execution.
* Deliver revenue and margin targets through effective forecasting, promotional optimisation, and in-store activation.
* Identify and secure new retail opportunities in mainstream and premium health & wellness channels.
* Analyse account performance and provide insights that shape future commercial strategies.
What We’re Looking For
* 3–5+ years managing UK retail accounts in FMCG, ideally within wellness, natural health, or premium drinks.
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to deliver sales growth.
* Track record of building and managing successful buyer relationships.
* Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Passion for health, wellness, and purposeful brands.
* UK driving licence and willingness to travel as needed.
