We are looking for an ambitious, multi-talented professional with 1–2 years of experience to work alongside our founders to scale our two brands.
You will bridge the gap between Tooting Film Studios (our premium dry-hire space) and Serial Box Studio (our creative production house).
This is not a "background" role. You will be responsible for our digital storefront, our inbound film studio sales, and our outbound narrative.
The Split: Approximately 80% Sales & Marketing (Digital/Outreach/Studio Inbound) and 20% Studio Operations (Client Success).
Your Responsibilities
1. Sales & Growth
Inbound (Tooting Film Studios): Owning the booking calendar. You'll be chasing leads, conducting tours, and converting inquiries into confirmed shoots.
Outbound (Serial Box Studio): Driving outreach strategy and building a pipeline of brand partners for our production agency.
2. Client Success & Ops
Front-of-House Mastery: You are the primary contact on-site. You'll open up, welcome film crews, and ensure they have everything they need to hit the ground running.
Production Liaison: When we provide crew (Gaffers, Sparkies, Sound Ops), you are their main point of contact—ensuring they are briefed and supported.
Facility Ownership: You take pride in the "vibe." You'll ensure the studio is camera-ready by liaising with contractors (painters, electricians, and service companies) to keep the space operational and in top condition.
3. Brand & Digital (The Storefront)
Website & UX: Owning our web presence—updating portfolios, refining the booking flow, and ensuring our sites look as good as our films.
Content Creation: Capturing BTS footage, editing social clips, and writing our monthly newsletter and LinkedIn articles.
The Ideal Candidate
The "Generalist" Skillset: 1–2 years of experience. You can pivot from a sales call to a WordPress edit to a BTS shoot without breaking a sweat.
Production Literacy: You know the lingo. You understand production roles and speak the language of filmmakers.
The Bonus: You are motivated by the £60 daily booking bonus and take pride in seeing your efforts reflected in your paycheck.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable with website CMS platforms and basic editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut).
Logistics
Location: Must be located within 5 miles of the studio (Tooting).
Hours: 5 days a week on-site. Hybrid flexibility is available on days when no shoots are scheduled.
The Package
Base: London Living Wage (LLW).
Direct Sales Bonus: £60 for every studio day booked (uncapped).
Annual Performance Bonus: A kicker based on overall company growth and KPIs.
Mentorship: Direct access to the founder and a front-row seat to the business of film. You'll also be directly working with our external marketing consultants.
