Job Description
As the Training Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring all records for Trainees and Instructors are kept up to date and assist in ensuring applications for licences are submitted accurately, along with any other training related administration.
* Support the Training Administration Team with training related admin
* Keeping all Trainee and Instructor records up to date in Flight Logger/SharePoint
* Monitor trainee flight hours with syllabus hours and track additional training hours (ATA)
* Support CFI and raise flight performance reviews
* Provide additional training hours (ATA) to Finance for invoicing
* Attend and take minutes for the various programme meetings
* Produce reports for use by other departments
Qualifications
* Previous experience in data entry and data base management
* Previous experience in the aviation industry will be advantageous but not essential
* Excellent organisational skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work well in a highly structured environment
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal and be able to deal effectively with internal and external contacts
Additional Information
Salary £28-30k depending on relevant experience.
Full Time - 40 hours, Monday - Friday.
