About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive school in Hampshire, teaching Upper Key Stage 2 (Year 5/6) from September.
This is a full-time, permanent position within a collaborative environment where staff work closely together to share planning, ideas, and best practice. The school places a strong emphasis on teamwork, inclusion, and ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in Year 5/6
- Support pupils’ academic progress and personal development
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share planning and reduce workload
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
- Contribute to the wider life of the school
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2
- Be passionate about creating an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment
- Have high expectations for all pupils
- Be a strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Understand how children learn and develop
- Work effectively with teaching assistants and support staff
- Demonstrate professionalism and a strong commitment to safeguarding
