We are seeking two new staff members for the Medical Records Department within our Library. The contracts are permanent, with the following hours:
Post 1: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 16:30
Post 2: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 13:00
Responsibilities include library duties, admissions, and medico-legal work.
Main duties of the job
The main duties include:
* Filing and retrieving paper records accurately and promptly
* Tracking and locating case notes for various departments and hospitals
* Preparing and providing case notes for clinics and admissions
* Digitising paper records, including prepping, scanning, and quality checking
* Handling Subject Access requests in compliance with GDPR regulations
