Base pay range
Employment Solicitor £80,000 to £100,000 plus 20% on billings
8+ PQE
A modern law firm is looking for an Employment Solicitor to join its growing Employment team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to handle a varied, contentious caseload while delivering commercial, practical HR and employment advice to a diverse client base.
The Role:
* Manage a varied Employment Tribunal caseload (mainly Respondent)
* Advise a portfolio of retained business clients across multiple sectors
* Draft bespoke documentation, attend client sites, support hearings, and deliver HR training
* Occasional travel required (driving licence essential)
About You:
* 3–5+ years PQE in Employment Law
* Strong tribunal and employer advisory experience
* Highly organised, commercially minded, and client-focused
* Confident communicator with excellent drafting skills
