Job Description
Customer Experience Coordinator required for a temporary 18 month role in the Hull area. This is with a construction business and the purpose of the role is to liaise between the site team and residents affected by refurbishment work being carried out on their homes. This is within a social housing setting and it is key to ensure the impact of refurbishment works is kept to a minimum by understanding residents’ needs and circumstances whilst providing a high level of customer service at all times.
The RoleEnsure a high level of customer service is deliveredEnsure claims are dealt with efficiently within agreed timescalesEnsure complaints or incidents are recorded accurately; provide feedback to appropriate team members to reduce the likelihood of its reoccurrenceEnsure resident information packs are prepared for distributionPlan and organise resident "Open Days " as requiredConduct daily visits to resident’s homes to listen to any concerns, in order to resolve any issues as soon as they are identified. Provide regular feedback and progress reports to residents before and during works being carried outAssist residents in making choices, collating agreed information and maintaining accurate recordsEnsure correct templates, letters and spreadsheets are used when completing administrative dutiesEnsure accurate records are maintainedPrepare and report weekly/ monthly information as required by Customer Care Manager
Experience and QualificationsAt least 1 year’s occupational experience in a customer service/administrative environment Good IT skillsKnowledge of Social Housing sector desirable
