Job Description:
As part of the Professional Services team, you’ll work with one of the world’s best known SaaS companies, engaging with customers to ensure successful implementations and business outcomes.
* Hybrid working in London
* Immediate start, 11-month contract
In this role, you’ll work primarily in the pre-sale space to understand business issues, create solution designs, and hand over projects to the post-sale team. You’ll scope implementation work, ensuring services are fit for purpose.
Responsibilities:
* Represent the PS team in pre-sales, assisting sales in positioning services
* Collaborate with customers to develop functional and technical requirements, implementation strategies, and ensure solution quality
* Serve as a technical consultant on systems, APIs, and integration projects in a pre-sales capacity
* Ensure opportunities have a clear use case and execution plan
* Establish pathways for API and Custom Model adoption and utilisation
* Align solutions with customers’ marketing calendars and upcoming initiatives
* Use historical data to enhance solution design and present delivery plans
* Propose a roadmap for API and CM integration
* Manage multiple customer engagements in a fast-paced environment
* Contribute to team innovations and continual improvement efforts
Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of experience working with APIs in an enterprise environment
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues quickly
* Inquisitive mindset and innovative thinking
* Collaborative, detail-oriented, and strong stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable leading discovery and brainstorming sessions
* Ability to develop automation workflows with tools like MS Power Automate
* Proficient in German, able to deliver professionally in the language
