We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Hull, working within an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) classroom. This is a full-time, term-time only temporary role with an immediate start, ideal for individuals passionate about supporting children throughout their early stages of education.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils in the EYFS setting
* Support the class teacher with the delivery of engaging, play-based activities
* Assist with early learning in phonics, literacy, and numeracy
* Promote positive behaviour, independence, and emotional well-being
* Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff and colleagues to meet individual pupil needs
The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in a school or early years setting is desirable but not essential. Full training and ongoing support will be available for the right candidate.
