Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of infrastructure engineers.
* Oversee vulnerability and patch management.
* Ensure service availability and reliability.
* Contribute to IT governance and compliance.
* Implement new functionalities while maintaining existing services.
* Identify and manage risks to prevent outages.
* Adhere to ITIL processes.
* Support audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
* Maintain vendor relationships.
* Document processes and standards.
Qualifications:
* Strong team management experience.
* Expertise in Windows Server, VMware, Microsoft, Dell, Citrix, Exchange, Office 365, Azure AD, PowerShell, security products, and storage management.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
* Desirable: Knowledge of ITIL processes, networking, O365, and systems monitoring.
