Job Description
We seek an experienced Senior Security Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The Senior Security Consultant will advise on and implement advanced physical security solutions for high‑profile projects across the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage physical security projects from conception through to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
* Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate security requirements seamlessly into project designs.
* Develop comprehensive physical security plans that address client needs and comply with regional regulations and international standards.
* Design and specify security systems including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, perimeter security, and other related systems.
* Conduct site assessments and risk analysis to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
* Serve as primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and maintaining strong relationships.
* Prepare and present detailed security reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
* Conduct training and workshops for clients and project teams on security best practices and system operations.
* Stay abreast of the latest developments in physical security technologies and trends.
* Innovate and apply new security solutions and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
* Ensure all security designs are scalable, sustainable, and future‑proof.
Essential Skills
* Degree or equivalent qualification in a security risk management or built environment discipline in security studies, physical security engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in physical security consulting, particularly within the built environment.
* Preferred certifications: Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP), Certified Security Consultant (CSC), or other relevant certifications related to security systems and risk management.
* Proven track record of working on high‑profile projects, including commercial buildings, residential complexes, and critical infrastructure.
* Software experience: AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, SketchUp, Bluebeam Revu, JVSG, VideoCAD Professional, Hawksight SRM.
