MacGregor Black are partnering with a FMCG Manufacturing Business on the search for a Manufacturing Manager. This is a perm role based in Glasgow.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive manufacturing excellence onsite.
* Develop and lead the implementation of change management initiatives.
* Provide clear manufacturing objectives, vision, and leadership to the site.
* Drive improvements across KPI's for the site, including cost, safety, service, quality, gross losses and absenteeism.
* Ensure the Site has appropriate processes and systems in place to drive best practice manufacturing standards with a focus on developing and embedding LEAN manufacturing.
What We're Looking For
* Successful track record of delivery in previous team leadership roles is essential.
* Exposure to a number of different functions and evidence of being able to apply knowledge in other areas.
* Commercially astute with the ability to see the broader business context gained through experience of working with commercial functions.
* Strong influencing and communication skills to deliver results through others.
* Proven track record in developing people and teams to create high performance.
