What we expect
* Assist in managing daily operations of restaurant to ensure efficiency and quality service.
* Supervise staff performance, providing guidance and support to team members.
* Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Assist in managing stock and inventory levels, ensuring optimal supply for operations.
* Support financial management by monitoring budgets and controlling expenses.
* Participate in staff training and development programs.
* Promote a positive work environment and foster teamwork among staff.
